My experience at Biab Nails was good. Better than my previous place I had been going to for a few years. The atmosphere in BN was a little quiet but That’s not necessarily a bad thing.
I was disappointed to learn that after I booked my about 2 weeks in advance, I was told after my nails were being worked on that due to it being my first visit there, I needed to pay an extra £15 in person
I wasn’t happy that this was not mentioned on email
Or online-I didn’t question but I should have
