Always very happy with the results of my nails and attention to detail. However I had to wait 20 mins after appointment time to be seen and appointment lasted 1h30 for biab infill

Not great, staff didn’t really seem to know what she was doing and all my nails were left uneven lengths and shapes despite me correcting multiple times. I gave up in the end and have since had another bad BIAB here so I won’t be coming back anymore

I was coming here for a while having amazing BIAB done by Mahi but it seems she doesn’t work here anymore and the last two manicures I’ve had with other staff have not been good. Today is less than 2 weeks since my BIAB manicure and two of my nails have popped off completely and the rest are all lifting. They all started lifting after a week. The BIAB has clearly not been applied properly as this should not happen. Also, my cuticles were bleeding after the manicure.
