This was my third time visiting this salon. My therapist spent time and care doing my cuticle work and matching up my nail length - my nails look good; they are neat.
However, since I’ve been coming here, my nails have been burning with the filing which I’ve not experienced at any other salons. This lead to having to get BIAB on my second visit last month. I’ll be having a break from nails now to help them recover, which is a shame.

Appointment felt rushed, nails have not been checked and all are different lengths / shaping.
It’s a shame as I have been here a few times and usually the service is really good.
