Klarisa is so lovely and a pro with BIAB! I just wanted to check, I feel the lady at the start confused things, but I paid for BIAB removal and then new BIAB as it was peeling away, removal consists of soaking which never happened. I believe I just got infilled and Shellac colour on top. I believe I have now been over charged on this occasion, so would love to get the removal charge refunded :)
