Biab removal service absolutely terrible. Left with my biab still on, and each nail friction burnt from the process. Mentioned the burning sensation & still did not soak in acetone or try other methods. Suggested it was hormonal or I’d ‘drunk too much the night before’, neither of which are remotely true. Outrageous and left with terrible looking nails
