Had to wait over 45 mins after my appointment was due to start - I would have been done by then if seen at the right time. Was not informed the wait would be that long, kept being told ‘5 more minutes’ when I asked. No discount offered for the wait.

Anisa always takes great care with my nails, her attention to detail, to make them look amazing, means I don't trust anyone else to do my nails, BIAB nails are amazing. I would highly recommend going here for manicures and pedicures, they last at least 4/5 weeks too. Thanks again
