I had BIAB nails which had to be taken off, as my usual place was fully booked I ended up at Nails Balham. Misled by all the glowing reviews. The appointment was initially meant to last 1hr, but it was over in 20 minutes, as the whole service was really rushed. Gel take off wasn’t done properly, I left with lots of glue and residue still being on my nails. The place isn’t clean, nail files are not disposable ones, looking quite used. Cuticles wasnt properly done. I do not recommend.
