The therapist drilled my nails down too much, taking off more than just the polish, so now my nails are weak and bendy - they were very strong before. She cut my skin with the cuticle trimmers and made it bleed and didn’t seem phased at all just commenting “don’t worry!”. My nails looked ok from a distance after she was done but when I got home I realised there were bits of nail polish all over my fingers - definitely not a very high quality finish. Could also have done with an additional coat.
