My manicure was appalling. I have cuts on 3 fingers, one nail wasn’t even painted in the clearcoat. I also have 2 copped nails and it’s been 24 hours. So disappointing.

Ciara did my pedicure- she and the pedicure were fabulous! Someone else did my BIAB, kept coughing which made me uncomfortable,don’t want to get sick before Christmas,also trimmed cuticles then pushed them back?! Also walked off mid-treatment & didn’t return. Another technician finished my nails & made them look great. However she made an inappropriate comment about my race/heritage & assumed I was from ‘Africa.’ Her & the colleague kept exchanging looks & laughing. Terrible customer service
