Unfortunately did not enjoy this appointment as it was not who I booked with and I was not warned the nail artist would be different. It look much longer than expected and the Biab was of a worse quality than my usual nail artist. I felt a bit uncomfortable throughout as the nail artist told me she dislikes people who complain and put me on edge. I want to keep coming to this salon but I did not enjoy this appointment at all.

This is the best salon in Balham (maybe even London). The girls are all incredibly talented and the owner is lovely and welcoming!
