Unfortunately, I’m quite disappointed with my experience at Biab Nails Balham. I came in excited to try a nail design, which I rarely do, especially after a friend’s recommendation. While the technician was sweet and lovely, she seemed quite nervous and less experienced. The final result was lumpy, and they don’t use an e-file to refine the finish. Sadly, I won’t be returning.
