Pedicure itself was all good, but due to staff shortage, my appointment took very long. I sat in my seat for 2 hours, as staff kept rotating between me and other clients as well. I did accept that it can take longer etc, but in the end, I was the only client who waited the longest, and no one didn't even apologised...

Julie was exceptional — very precise with her work, attentive, a real perfectionist, professional, and friendly. She listened to what I wanted and delivered it exactly. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.
Kam was exceptional — skilled, thorough, attentive, and very caring with my mum during her glow facial. She explained everything clearly, worked with skill, and went above and beyond to give her the best experience. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be coming back.
