I booked a balayage appointment with Char for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Having used box dye before, I was nervous about how my hair would turn out but Char’s expertise instantly put me at ease. She listened carefully, understood exactly what I was hoping for, and worked with great precision. The salon had a lovely and calming atmosphere. I was there from 10am to 3pm, while it would have been nice to be offered tea/coffee/drink. Overall, I had a great experience.
