Place was nice. But I didnt feel relaxed, felt a bit rushed. I didnt feel I was informed properly. Had to buy £3 flip flops. If I was told before that halal polish takes longer to dry I would have opted for normal varnish. A lot of residue was left around my nails, I had to ask another therapist to remove it which wasnt great. Also halal polish is very poor quality. Despite being in flip flops, in the 1 minute walk to my car its come off 2 of my toes and nails are scratched the next day.

Had threading booked but was told the staff member was not in till 4 hours later despite booking so another lady took over which wasn’t confident in threading but tried her best. Thankfully the lady walked in and rescued the threading or else I think I would be very unhappy. Thank you Kam!
