Before getting on the bed, Gabi took her time knowing my experience of facials and why I was there. She was very welcoming and definitely knew her stuff. It was my first experience of a Hydrafacial and I will be returning again. My pores are clean and my face feels tigher. A piece of advice for anyone considering this - you need to go 2-3 days without make up so plan accordingly (eyeliner and mascara is fine).
