Really lovely experience overall. I was seen on time and I’m so happy with my wash, cut and blow dry. The hairdresser was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. The only issue was the cleanliness of the private room, as there was hair left from a previous appointment. Considering the pricing, I did expect it to be spotless. That said, the service was excellent and I would return.
