I was taken to get my hair washed, once that was done i was made to sit on the chair, no prep was done, no cape was given. With no explanation whatsoever i was left there for 10min with no communication of whats happening, staff didn’t advise me that the hair stylist is running late and still with another customer. I was sat there made to feel almost invisible. What a horrible feeling.
