I had a very positive experience thanks to Fatima she was incredibly helpful, warm, welcoming from the moment I arrived. She took the time to listen carefully to what I wanted and offered thoughtful suggestions based on her expertise.
I was quite disappointed with other worker Sunita's behaviour, as she did not seem professional. She was walking around with a straight face and did not provide a friendly or welcoming experience for customers. Her attitude and professionalism not good!

Well, what can I say, staff members was very helpful and caring of my current situation (I am post surgery of my ankle and I’m on crutches) and wanted abit of TLC. Gioninta did my hair in this beautiful salon and the results were so amazing and we had a lovely conversation! Her head massage topped it off and those hands very talented indeed ! Happy to go on again as it’s very close to me x
