Overall a great place. I liked Julie, she was careful and attentive. They had an emergency with a staff but they still accommodated my appointment within the day with another staff.

I had a Hydrafacial and was asked to come at 4:15 instead of 4:00 due to delays. I then waited 30 mins to be seen. The treatment itself only lasted 40 mins, with 20 mins of talking, despite it being advertised as 90 mins. Staff were polite, but I felt my time was wasted and the service didn’t meet expectations. I left disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this place for facials.
