I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because although I loved the haircut and it came out fantastic, my hairstylist was really rough, it felt like she was whacking my head with the brush and scratched my neck with the comb, also tangled and pulled my hair in round brush multiple times during the blow dry. So although the result was great the process was painful.
