Got my eyebrows done with Kam, she’s great, takes good care not to cut skin, and she doesn’t rush, there’s places where it’s rushed and then eyebrows aren’t even matching, so it’s great she takes time to look at your eyebrows.

Ive been to this salon before and this time round i asked for the same treatment as i got at my last visit. Despite my app showing me the same treatment and i saw the hairdresser did nothing extra but she still charged me 10£ extra. I confirmed multiple times that i wanted the same treatment as last time and i even asked why im being charged extra and she wasnt helpful. I tried to email the company twice and heard nothing back. Really annoyed
