Manicure was okay. Its branded as ‘luxury’ - didn’t feel anything luxury about it. It was very rushed. Started at 10:45, was finished by 11. There was no attention to detail and no proper cuticle work. It’s a shame because I’ve had it done 2 weeks ago and it was great which is why I rebooked but this time it was far from great. Quite upsetting as it is not a cheap treatment.

My daughter had her ears pierced today and we had such a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring, making her feel calm and comfortable throughout. The piercing was quick, hygienic, and professional. Highly recommend for children’s ear piercings!
