I had a really good experience overall. The salon was really nice, clean, and had a lovely atmosphere. It felt like a higher-end mid-range salon – stylish and well looked after without feeling overly expensive.
I got a haircut and the lady who did it was so lovely and friendly. She made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment and was genuinely kind.
The haircut turned out nice, but I do wish she had looked at my inspiration pictures or asked a few more questions about what I wanted
