Cold room, very unsettling and uncomfortable. I didn’t feel welcomed, felt like a job that needed a tick box. Lady was distracted, she wasn’t sure of the treatment. I Asked her to refrain from the rubbing, it was triggering my Migraine, she started to defend it by a long unneeded speech. I told her that I had had this treatment before with another lady and she did it differently. She started to talk about how they both worked and trained together for a long time, very defensive. Bad experience!

My son had a really lovely time having his haircut, he enjoyed having his hair washed and hair cut in such a calm and relaxing setting. The staff were all friendly and kind, they made him feel at ease and asked him if he was happy with the end result
