The general customer service was not very good. There was a delay in the booked appointment and they were concerned about pricing and stylist kept stating I booked my 10yr olds wash cut and blow dry incorrectly despite me choosing this option as it best described the service I required. The appointment was supposed to be 40mins however the stylist was also attending to another customer doing hair colouring. I had a very tight Schule. Overall not happy wont be returning
