Tell me why I was booked in as the first appointment at 10am and this place was still running late? For the first appointment? This is not the first time they are running behind on appointments, they are always running behind. I had a mani pedi booked before and they were 40 minutes late and tried to gaslight me and say they cant do pedicure coz THEY ARE RUNNING late. £90 wasted. I don't ever want to come back. Go 2 hours late to app as they are always late anyways.

10/10 would recommend
We unfortunately arrived late and even so they were so gracious about it and were also very accommodating. We were a group of hijabis and they went way out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and no men could see us during our treatment.really appreciated that! Will be coming back :)
The space is also clean, modern spacious and looks great!

I had another amazing experience with Jess for my BIAB nails! She’s always so lovely and welcoming, and I’m never disappointed with the results. The quality is honestly outstanding — my nails last so well and always look flawless.
The salon itself is spotless and has such a calm, clean vibe. You can tell they really take pride in keeping everything professional and hygienic, which makes such a difference. Jess is a true perfectionist and it shows in her outstanding work. Highly recommend!
