Did cut me and not clean my cuticles properly but otherwise for my first Japanese manicure I was really impressed and I was on a time crunch to make my train so even though I had an appointment I was made to wait for 10 minutes extra but she ensured I was done in time which I really appreciated

I honestly had the best pedicure of my life! No one has ever managed to leave my feet feeling and looking this amazing. Gian was simply amazing! so professional, attentive, and incredibly talented. Almost every time I go there it’s a 5/5 experience and the staff are lovely, very friendly people. This time however I was slightly disappointed that a little bit more time was not spent on the ‘luxury pedicure’ I paid over £45 for. Normally they do a nice long (10 min) foot massage however, this time it was probably cut short to about 2 minutes. I’m assuming it’s because they were a lot busier, which was a disappointment. Otherwise the Japanese polish is amazing, it lasts longer than 2 weeks!
