Really lovely staff and gorgeous salon. Complimentary coffee and biscuits was a really nice touch. But my friend and I had to wait 35 minutes which was not ideal and delayed our plans for the day.

Before getting on the bed, Gabi took her time knowing my experience of facials and why I was there. She was very welcoming and definitely knew her stuff. It was my first experience of a Hydrafacial and I will be returning again. My pores are clean and my face feels tigher. A piece of advice for anyone considering this - you need to go 2-3 days without make up so plan accordingly (eyeliner and mascara is fine).
