Terrible and shocking. Booked for a facial the day before my wedding and got a nasty surprise when the untrained beautician neglected to cover my chest area with a towel and then triggered boiling water on my chest leaving me with a large burn which tore my skin. I was in A&E for hours and had to wear a bandage on my wedding day, lets hope it doesnt scar. Unprofessional and unqualified people posing as beauticians. Take your business elsewhere.
