It was a horrible experience. It was supposed to be a relaxing treatment but the lady kept dropping the hot stones on the floor and kept banging the table I was lying when she was moving past. She was chewing gum which had a strong pineapple smell which made me feel sick. I was then asked to prove my purchase at the till which I had prepaid in advance. This was embarrassing as all the customers looked thinking I had not paid. After 5 minutes another employee came saying that it is paid on account
