The lady was very friendly but sorry, to be honest, that was the worst waxing experience I’ve ever had. She was not professional at all and was just waiting for her working day to be over (as she told me so many times). She did not know the technique to depilate and absolutely no hair was removed. I got burned because the wax was too hot and ended with wax everywhere on my legs and feet.

The lady had no idea what she was doing.
Burnt me and left me in pain for two weeks. Would not recommend- will never step foot in the place again.
