This treatment was booked as a gift from a friend who knows how stressed I have been feeling. Once I arrived Lorraine helped me to calm down and settled me in for my hour treatment. Within a few minutes I relaxed and enjoyed the next hour of several different products, techniques, temperatures and fabulous head and shoulders massage. I felt so relaxed at the end. This was just what I needed.
