After previously having a bad experience at another salon it took me a while to pluck up courage to book anywhere. Sarah was so lovely, listened to me and talked me through everything, asking me questions about what I wanted and checking I was happy . Felt thoroughly relaxed throughout and left with a new haircut that I was so happy with! Thank you!!!🤩
