Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Within 24 hours, over half of my lash extensions had fallen off, and by day three, they were all gone. I contacted the salon with photos, but was told it was my fault and received no further response. This isn’t my first time getting lash extensions, so I know the dos and don’ts and have never had this issue before. I paid £75 for hybrid lashes, which did not last even a week. Poor durability and lack of customer service ..
