Steph was so great at the underarm wax, plucked the stubborn hairs to do a smooth and finished job. The venue is so beautiful with lovely decor and everything was clean and hands were sanitised a lot. The wax was hot wax and didn’t hurt atall. Steph was great at customer service asking if I wanted a drink too. All round lovely.
