Went in for a brow wax, had grown them out and specifically asked for just a tidy up, no change to the shape of the brow.
The tail ends of my brows were completely waxed away, leaving me with straight brows with no arch, and they were not equal in terms of thickness or length. Wish I’d never gone to have them done as I’m now having to regrow them for another 2-3 months. After using benefit on a regular basis, I will only go back to them for my brows... Refund not offered when I complained.
