Nice, well-kept place. Unfortunately, the beautician’s approach to solving a problem she created (of course,accidentally!) was far from treating a customer fairly. I felt she was annoyed with me for pointing it out. I had no gain in making things up. It definitely could have been addressed better with a few ways to fix it, they did have resources but no real desire to help. I felt like she was blaming me instead. I left the place feeling disappointed. But I wish them best of luck in future

My experience at BeYoutiful was exactly what I needed. A moment to relax and get pampered. Step was very welcoming and accommodating. She made me feel at home, which was a plus since I'm new to the area. Steph and Louise went above and beyond my customer service expectations.
