Chloe always delivers a 5 start service. She is professional and chatty and my lashes always look amazing. The shop is always so clean and the girls are just friendly and welcoming. Could not recommend Chloe and the team enough X

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Within 24 hours, over half of my lash extensions had fallen off, and by day three, they were all gone. I contacted the salon with photos, but was told it was my fault and received no further response. This isn’t my first time getting lash extensions, so I know the dos and don’ts and have never had this issue before. I paid £75 for hybrid lashes, which did not last even a week. Poor durability and lack of customer service ..
