I had a wash, silk press and trim and the whole experience felt really wonderful from start to finish. My hair was treated with care and attention, and the silk press came out beautifully smooth, glossy and full of movement while still feeling healthy and light. Monique was professional, welcoming, gentle and made the appointment feel very relaxing. I left feeling polished, confident and absolutely in love with my hair. Iโll definitely be returning. I genuinely cannot fault the service Monique provides. I booked a keratin treatment after careful consideration as I was worried about losing my curl pattern. She really listened and tailored the treatment to my needs. Two weeks on, my curls are still intact but my hair is so much smoother and easier to manage. She was also incredibly gentle when detangling. Iโm so happy with the results and would highly recommend her.
