Sarah was so lovely with me, and released so many knots out of my shoulders that I didn’t realise were even there, I feel so much better. All the staff were so kind with me too & I absolutely will be coming back again.

Sarah was fabulous, would highly recommend! The room in which the facial took place was warm, relaxing and the towels lovely and fluffy! The facial also included a scalp massage which was just what I needed and the products applied smelled amazing and left my skin feeling soft for days. Thank you!

I had a brilliant hypno-reiki session with Jan - honestly the most relaxed I’ve felt in ages. She created such a calm, reassuring space and I left feeling grounded and properly rested. Jan also shared some really helpful, simple tips to keep the positive effects going afterwards, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend if you’re in need of some deep relaxation and reset
