Lovely relaxing Indian head massage with Rhiannan, nice scented sprays and oils to create a calming experience, the room decor was really nice too which added to the atmosphere.

Stacey was amazing! Beautiful massage focusing on my shoulder and neck area which is exactly what I needed. The venue is so peaceful and relaxing too and offer lots of classes - a great addition to the quays area, will definitely visit again soon.

Flow is a lovely venue. I couldn't have received a warmer welcome, and felt at home from the second I stepped through the door. Paulo was exceptionally caring and kind and I came away feeling absolutely wonderful after an amazing reflexology treatment.
