The employees were very nice. They also had masks over their noses.
For the piercings:
I had a cartilage piercing. It was very quick and painless. However the piercer did not use a needle when on the page it said there was an option between needle and gun.
For the haircut I got:
It was very neat, the hairdresser was very careful around my piercing and it looks exactly how I wanted
They did end up charging me £11 more than what Treatwell told me it would cost.
