My first time getting a Hollywood, I was made to feel very welcome and the therapist was very chatty, taking my mind of the pain and made me feel at ease from the very beginning, the only thing was that i paid for hot wax but most of it was done by strip and only used hot wax on 2 sections, I realised once I went home and checked I did have quite a few hairs left, so maybe next time I’ll ask for it to be done more thoroughly. Other than than excellent venue and therapist.

Therapist was very friendly and took mind off treatment. Was surprised that after paying extra for hot wax, that the therapist only wanted to use strip wax on the majority. Strip wax was surprisingly good though and meant a lot of the after burn etc was minimised. However the hot wax part was done badly, almost all hairs were broken rather than removed and so have returned as stubble and thicker than normal. A shame as a lovely little place!

I was pleasantly surprised and will be difinitely visiting the establishment again. The hairdresser was very friendly and careful each step of the way to please me with my request. The haircut was done professionally and I'm extremely pleased with the result. I would highly recommend to friends and family.
