The therapist was lovely and we had a good chat. However, she forgot to wax a strip of hair on one of my legs. Unfortunately, I only noticed once home. But it happens and I would consider going back, provided it's a one off incident.

The wax was very good but I’m not keen on the wax that the salon uses... the hairs grow back really thick and sparse. The therapist is very kind, thorough and friendly.
