Ellie took great care of me and kept me topped up with tea. She made sure that the temperature of the water, the hot towels and the room was the right one for me. My feet are feeling great after the pedicure and I’ll make sure to book with her again.

The nail section is very nicely decorated and offers a welcoming experience on first impression. Unfortunately for me that was the end of the nice experience. My wax was incomplete as the therapist was struggling to get a grip on the wax without catching skin and tugging at hair which was incredibly painful I had to leave and book elsewhere to have it finished. I spoke with management afterwards who promised a refund that never arrived so all in all I would not recommend

Ellie and the pedicure were lovely. I was 15 mins late so asked them to miss out a step. I have given 4/5 instead of 5/5 on this occasion because 2 of the nail polish edges could be smoother and there was a little trauma during the cuticle section.

The best spa I’ve probably been to. With exceptional customer service and amazing atmosphere. Is so luxury from the inside and the staff is so friendly. Definitely going back there again.
