The lady didn’t introduce herself, or talk through the process or ask about skin concerns or allergies etc so I ended up having a different facial to the one I booked…but it was still very nice and I was happy with the result. I’d book again

I booked ladies waxing and had a great experience, very nice atmosphere and the service was fantastic! I also received a loyalty card, so I’m definitely coming back!!!

The studio staff have been very polite and helpful, although there was a cancellation due to staff sickness, the therapist arranged a complimentary treatment alongside a refund. Thank you!
