Hot wax was not very hot at all and uncomfortable when applied. Resulted in a lot of broken hairs and had to have a lot of strip wax, skin really irritated after which isn't normally. Lots of areas missed, but was fine the ask to sort this. Tweezing barely any pain, but have been waxing a while and don't normally have this done. Staff were lovely and made you feel comfortable and very professional. Cost is standard for this treatment
