My nails are uneven after the BIAB was applied, and the shellac started peeling off after just one day. I’m very disappointed to have paid almost £40 for results like this. It felt like the nail tech was rushing, and the salon was uncomfortably cold. They had only one heater on because the other wall heater is broken, and I was told an external one costs too much. It really felt like they prioritise saving money over the comfort of both customers and staff. I won’t be returning.
