Hema was incredibly professional and extremely caring , she greets you as soon as you walk in , makes you feel super comfortable.
She is qualified to use Lycon wax which was great as I have sensitive skin and didn't want too much pain.
She also gave me advice on ingrown hairs which I needed , she even helped me with one that I obviously couldn't reach , if this isn't going the extra mile I don't know what is! I look forward to going back . I can say I've found my beautician :)
