Hema was friendly and professional from the outset.
She took the time check in with me and establish how i was physically and mentally and clearly explained what i was to expect.
Hema was intuitive with her touch, applying the right amount of pressure throughout the massage and noticing when to modify her technique.
She checked in periodically during the massage, and did so again at the end, offering me glass of water and advice on what to work on.
I have booked three more sessions with her!
