Jayne was very welcoming as usual putting me at ease. The electrolysis is working and soon I won't need any. The area on my face always heals well. Great value for money too. Will be going back for IPL on my legs and other treatments. Jayne is an experienced and knowledgeable beautician.

This was my first time having this procedure done but it was so quick and Jayne explained everything to me to make me feel calm. Results were overnight! It is a wee bit sore but that's to be expected
