Felt relaxed as soon as Jayne said hello she gave me the option of what treatment I had first then asked if there any skin concerns and any areas of concern in relation to the massage , when the pressure was too much on my back she changed this immediately so I was more comfortable.Jayne was chatty and friendly throughout the important and checked in to make sure the temperature of the room was suitable and I was warm enough and I will definitely be back 🩷
