Fantastic city centre location, handy to nip in at lunch time. Would have preferred the hot wax on my top lip. Hollywood was super fast and relatively painless. Jayne was friendly and thorough. Will definitely be back

Jade was very nice and the treatments were ok. Not as thorough as previous ones I had elsewhere. The bikini waxing was a bit painful at times as the wax wasn’t drying out as much as needed and some it kept leaving itself stuck on my skin. The upper lip wax also was a bit rushed, there were patches left and I had to ask Jade to take that hair out. She was friendly and pleasant though.
